Level Up! Privacy Policy

Your character and progress

The current app stores your character name, avatar choice, learning progress, scores, and Premium status on your device. You do not need an online account to use it. This version does not upload new character or game-progress records to Tonari No Tony.

Removing the app normally removes this local information. Apple may include app data in a device backup according to your device settings.

Microphone and speech recognition

Speaking activities request microphone and speech-recognition permission. The app uses Apple’s Speech service to recognize what you say; audio may be sent to Apple for processing. A sound-level activity creates a temporary recording on your device; it is not uploaded to Tonari No Tony. You can change microphone and speech permissions in iOS Settings.

Legacy leaderboard

Where available, the app can read older leaderboard entries from Google Firebase Realtime Database. Those entries may contain a first name and game results submitted by earlier app versions. This version does not submit new leaderboard entries. Firebase may process limited technical request information, such as app, device, and operating-system details, to provide the service.

Premium purchase

Apple handles the Premium in-app purchase and payment. The app records whether Premium is unlocked on your device and provides a Restore Purchases control. Tonari No Tony does not receive your payment-card details.

Analytics, advertising, and contact

This version does not use Firebase Analytics, show third-party ads, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you have a question or want an older leaderboard entry removed, please contact Tonari No Tony or email tonari.no.tony@gmail.com. We may update this policy when the app changes and will post the new date here.

Level Up! プライバシーポリシー

施行日：2026年10月28日。となりのトニーが提供するiPhone・iPad向け「Level Up!」アプリに適用されます。

現在のアプリでは、キャラクター名、アバター、学習の進み具合、スコア、プレミアムの状態を端末内に保存します。オンラインアカウントは不要です。このバージョンから新しいプロフィールやゲームの進捗をとなりのトニーのサーバーへ送信することはありません。アプリを削除すると、通常これらの端末内データも削除されます。端末の設定によりAppleのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。

発話練習ではマイクと音声認識の許可を求めます。Appleの音声認識サービスで処理するため、音声がAppleに送られる場合があります。音量を測る機能の一時的な録音は端末内で行われ、となりのトニーには送信されません。許可はiOSの設定から変更できます。

利用できる場合、過去のランキングをGoogle Firebase Realtime Databaseから読み込むことがあります。以前のバージョンで登録された名前とゲーム結果が含まれる場合があります。このバージョンは新しいランキングデータを送信しません。Firebaseはサービス提供のため、アプリ・端末・OSなどの限定的な技術情報を処理する場合があります。

プレミアム購入と支払いはAppleが処理します。アプリは端末内に購入状態を記録し、「購入を復元」機能を提供します。となりのトニーはカード情報を受け取りません。

このバージョンではFirebase Analytics、第三者広告、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたぐ追跡を使用しません。ご質問や過去のランキング記録の削除依頼は、お問い合わせページまたは tonari.no.tony@gmail.com までご連絡ください。内容を変更する場合は、このページの施行日を更新します。
